1. Overview

At UHRS IT Services ("Company", "we", "us"), we are committed to delivering measurable results for every client. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Service Delivery Commitment

All services are delivered as described in the signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). We begin work only after written confirmation and payment of the agreed deposit.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline due to our fault (not due to client delays in providing required access or content)
  • A duplicate payment was made in error
  • A cancellation request was submitted within 48 hours of initial payment, before any work commenced

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Monthly retainer fees for ongoing SEO, SMM, or content services once the billing period has started
  • Custom web design or development work that has been partially or fully completed
  • Paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) already spent on your behalf
  • Domain registrations, hosting, or third-party tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Work already delivered and approved by the client

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel a service, please email billing@uhrsitservices.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. Cancellations require 30 days' written notice for ongoing services.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. The Company reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 5% for credit card or wire transfer refunds.

7. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request has been denied, you may escalate to our management team at support@uhrsitservices.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
